Profiled softwood frame, decorated with carved appliqués in the form of floral festoons, cornucopias and and laurel leaves, partially grey and gold framed, openworked openwork, renewed mirror panel

Ornamentally carved as well as in the form of acanthus leaves and pearl bars, matted, partly fluted, wallpapered on the reverse, loose seat cushions, usable on both sides, company name on the underside.
Oak body veneered with rosewood and mahogany. Floral marquetry. 2 drawers “sans traverse” with numerous gilded and chased bronze fittings. Profiled “Brèche ….” Marble top. Nat. shellac hand polished surface. Dimensions: 86 x 112 x 51 cm. Restored condition.
Louis XV style, France, end of the 19th century. Various hardwoods and softwoods, veneered, primed in red, decorated in lacquer technique in the form of landscape scenes on the reverse side, raised work. Two drawers on the front, sloping writing. Writing flap and two pull-out support slats. Interior with four drawers, sliding back bottom section, top and inside with red leather upholstery decorated with gold, gilded bronze ornamental fittings. Dimensions: 93 x 90 x 56 cm, beautiful restored condition
