1. General
By purchasing from our online shop, you accept the terms and conditions set out below.
These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries in the version valid and incorporated at the time of purchase. Conflicting customer terms and conditions will not be accepted.
2. Access to the text of the contract
You may save or print both the offer and this document prior to purchase by using the usual functionality of your browser. You will receive an invoice by e-mail after each purchase.
3. Sales tax
All items are subject to differential taxation. The proportional sales tax cannot be shown!
4. Language
Contracts are concluded exclusively in German. For articles offered in other languages, the terms and conditions in German shall apply exclusively.
5. Conclusion of contract
A binding contract is concluded by a purchase order in the online shop or a written order via contact form or enquiry form. In the interest of serious customers, ArtLliving Ltd reserves the right to claim damages and to block future bogus orders in case of misuse. Therefore, please only submit your purchase offer / purchase option when you are sure that you wish to purchase the offered item.
6. Articles
Unless otherwise stated, all items are second-hand and usually only available once.
7. Description
The description of the individual items is made to the best of our knowledge, noticeable defects and repairs are pointed out. Photos are supplementary parts of the item description. In the case of used items, no liability is assumed that all original parts are included and/or that the item is free of repairs.
If an item does not correspond to the item description and the photos, the right of return (see item 12 of the GTC) comes into effect.
The seller shall be indemnified and held harmless. Costs for appraisals and expert opinions requested without the seller’s consent are to be borne by the buyer and are not enforceable.
8. Prices and terms of payment
The total price (including postage costs communicated in the item description or by e-mail)
must be irrevocably transferred to the specified account within 14 days of purchase. Bank transfer is the only accepted payment method.
Bank transfers must be made in euros by buyers within the EU. Buyers from the EU have the option of a fee-free EU bank transfer (with BIC and IBAN).
All fees (such as bank charges, currency exchange fees,) are to be paid by the buyer.
9. Shipping
As a rule, shipping is carried out by a private logistics provider or the Austrian postal service. If insurance of the desired goods is desired, we will gladly assist in finding suitable insurance.
In case of damage during the postal service, the buyer has to claim the costs from his shipping company. If the item is returned by the shipping company through no fault of the seller and a new shipment is necessary, the buyer must pay new postage costs. (see point 14 of the General Terms and Conditions)
10. Delivery
Delivery usually takes place 14 days after receipt of payment. In the event of work stoppages – in particular strikes and lockouts – or force majeure, the delivery period shall be extended accordingly. The buyer will be informed immediately of the beginning and end of such an event.
11. Replacement delivery
As the articles offered are mostly individual items (see point 6 of the General Terms and Conditions), there will be no replacement delivery or compensation for value.
12. Withdrawal / return / revocation
Return of the goods (in person or by post) must be announced in writing, by telephone or by e-mail and must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods in an undamaged, unused condition.
Return shipments of damaged or used goods by the buyer or the shipping company will not be accepted.
Postage costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed. Refund of the purchase price will be made after return of the item to:

13. Warranty
We deal exclusively with used items. Traces of use are therefore always to be expected and do not entitle to warranty claims. We refer to item descriptions and photos.
In the case of damage caused by improper handling, incorrect use or damage caused by the shipping company, the warranty claim is void.
14. Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain the property of ArtLiving GmbH until full payment has been received.
15. Business hours
We are available by telephone from Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm.
Business visits only possible by appointment.
16. Data protection
Personal data is only used internally for the purpose of order processing. strictly in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. All personal data will be treated confidentially.
Only service partners who are involved in the recording of the order, processing, shipping and payment receive the data limited to the necessary minimum (name, address, telephone number, email address).
Otherwise, the data protection provisions of the platform operator apply.
You can object to the use of the data for advertising purposes at any time (newsletter).

17. Applicable law
The law of the Republic of AUSTRIA applies to all legal transactions with me.
The UN- LAW OF PURCHASE is excluded.
18. Ineffectiveness of regulations
In case of invalidity of individual provisions of the delivery contract or these general terms and conditions, the remaining provisions shall continue to be effective.
