Shopping & Payment

We deliver worldwide! From a value of € 5,000 within the EU even free of charge – in Germany and Austria we even bring the goods to you personally. We also work with logistics partners who specialise in art transport. We will be happy to assist you with all questions regarding shipping and logistics.

We only accept payment in advance. After receipt of payment, we will send the goods out to you immediately. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us – we will always find a solution!

The shipping costs depend heavily on the shipping location. From a goods value of € 5,000 we deliver free of charge within the EU. Shipping within Austria (under € 5.000.-) is done by DHL in cooperation with the Austrian Post. From a shipping value of € 5.000.- we deliver to Germany and Austria personally. Outside Austria, we have been working for years with very reliable partners who specialise in the highly sensitive transport of antiques.

Of course. All antiques can be collected from our studio in Vienna at any time. Take the opportunity to visit our showroom! The best thing is to contact us and we will arrange a date for the handover..

Delivery & Return

We act in accordance with the statutory provisions.
The withdrawal period for distance contracts is 14 calendar days. Within this period, you can therefore withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged and insured when returning them.
In this case, the buyer bears the costs for packaging, shipping and insurance.
For further information, please refer to our right of withdrawal.

What happens to my money in the event of a return?
After the goods have been returned undamaged, you will of course receive your money back immediately.
In the event of damage (e.g. if the goods are damaged due to defective packaging), the buyer is obliged to pay compensation to the retailer due to the breach of the duty of consideration.
